Remote Online Notarizations:
Audio/Video notarizations will be recorded. Please remember when meeting with your notary via video that you are being recorded therefore it is important to keep the conversation to a minimum; focusing only on your notarization questions and procedures.
Loan Document Signers:
When dealing with loan signing transactions the notary may guide you through the document and ask you to sign where indicated. If you have questions regarding interest rates, fees, terms of the loan, etc. You must contact your loan officer, title agent, and or attorney. Please do so prior to your signing session whether is a remote online session or an in-person appointment.

KBA Questions- Knowledge Based Assessment Questions are created by a 3rd party (think credit history, current or prior address, etc.) with information about yourself that only you would know and answer through the secured platform. The questions are only for you, the notary has no idea what questions will be asked.
